The Women Versa The Cave Man/Mother's Love
At a very early age I often wondered about 'The The Beginning Of Time.' I could just imagine Mother's with babies in arms and her young children following her to gather food in dangerous worlds. More often that not - I see it was the good care provided by those early Mother's that have allowed us to survive today.
Those days of the "Cave Man & The Club" are long gone. Even today most of the responsibility relies on the child bearer to raise her children. They have to organize paying the bills on time, how much they can afford to feed their children, teach their children, bring love to their children, teach laws of respect, clothes their children and so on and so on. No matter what religion your mother taught you, if you are daughter or son, or what country your mother raised you or what color you skin is - Our continued chance of survival relies on Mother's Love and all the Father's that are leading the way in this new century to provide Mother's Love too.
This is the concept of how and why I designed www.swaphandmedowns.com
I designed this copyrighted site so people of all walks of life join together and unite in a peaceful matter. By helping each other and our children we are making a statement of Global Peace.
I have designed www.swaphandmedowns.com to be fully functional in any given country.

Holiday 2004
Shatter Glass
2005 will be the year all glass ceilings are coming down!
Just a few days ago when I was cleaning my office window it suddenly banged down and my right hand went right through it. The window pane was broken in three. Luckily I only receive a couple of small cuts.
Today I was going to toss out a different pane of glass the size of 100 X 300 and when I touch it to pick it up it shattered into
a million pieces. Gee I just touch it!
Now I am wondering what is going on? So I think - is this some kind of sign?
Could I have just broken the first pane of glass in my office window to unlock the barriers that women have been behind?
Next after shattering the 100 x 300 pane of glass - could I have finally passed the barrier of being the women I want to be?
Am I being tested here for power? Is it the power that men have over women by getting better paychecks at work than their women
counter parts are getting?
Every day I see big corporations getting richer. What are they doing to help women employees get richer? Are they looking at
ways to help pay for women employees further education? Are they helping the single mom with child care cost so she can go to work? Don't let no one fool you! It is common knowledge that most women have less in the bank account than men do.
If you are working and noting that your company is not improving the lifestyle of women to improve their income to the level that men are getting paid - please ask them why and when it is going to happen! They will listen!
Women need to learn to demand more, bargain better and tougher and walk away when the money's not right. We are so used to
being so nice and saying things like: It's ok.
Women have learned long ago to compromise by adjusting to poorer income by saving and going without health insurance, and the
nice things women need and so on. Hey the kids come first right? How many times have you said this or heard your mother
say this?
This is true:
'I overheard a husband tell his wife that he deserved the bigger clothes closet in the house because he work and she did not need
it because she got to stay home to raised the three children.'
See something here? Gee if I had a husband
to stay home and do all the house work and rear the kids all day I would surely give
him every closet in the house! Yet this husband felt he deserve something better because he brought home the bacon......An opinion that society upbringing probably branded on his brain:)
I sure wish that wife would write him out a bill for all the work she does 24/7 for raising their kids, writing out all the
bills, cooking time, and washing his clothes!! Plus she had a work at home job writing children stories..
So times are still behind for women rights I see and hear about it everday!
But it is NOT OK - majority of global women are the poorest of the poor. What women stand for today helps the young girls
tomorrow! Your daughters, your nieces and your women friends. You! If you are man:) Your wife! Your girlfriend! Your mother!
Women can and must speak out for equal pay and equal child rearing duties at home and child care help from employers.
Don't keep trying to adjust to a poor paying paycheck! Go for the top! Get in the CEO habitat, and then supervise someone else
doing your (ex job) to help them get better. And when you get moving up there, remember: hire a WOMEN, give her a lesson to
learn more, and pay her as you would have liked to have been paid: Dollar on a dollar just like a man does for doing the same
work.
Who knows maybe one day all the moms raising their children will get a check in the mail too. …At least the Government should look at this as a real job and give moms rearing kids at home or while at work a pension credit! After all this is a real job!!
Log down you time women on how many hours you work to cook, clean, bathe, wash clothes and so on… Either way, if you work or are a stay at home mom your time is very valuable! Perhaps worth millions.
Women can hold hands today across the nation and shatter the glass ceiling!~
I think I owe my Mother about 7 millions dollars. Hey Mom the check in the mail! Some day... Thanks Mom!

Holiday 2003
Oh Dear Mother,
Dear Mother you are not alone!
I don't usually plea to find sponsors to help the needy children that somehow find Swaphandmedowns.com since so many kind
visitors and members of Swaphandmedowns have help me in the past.
This project just came up and it is now nearing December 10th 2003.
I don't like to see any small tot lose a holiday dream of Santa because of an irresponsible father.
Names changed to protect this families privacy.
This email for help this holiday has a meaning to it since this single mom below will be telling her small tots this year that there is no Santa.
I have just received an email from a single mom of 3 small children. Her ex- husbands avoids paying child support and quits his job to avoid having his paycheck wages garnished.
Dear Mother is a mom of 3 kids. 2 girls and one Boy. Their names are Michelle, Amanda and Braydon. Their ages are 9, 4 and 2.
The youngest boy age 2 Dear Mother's son has a medical condition where his skull has closed before it was suppose to so he has
had allot of testing for this problem. His head circumference is small as a 6 month olds head growth.
This single mother has no living family members to help her now at the holiday or any other time of the year. Her income is
small and everyday she struggles with paying the electric bill week by week to keep the electric on.
The children are in need of used clothing and holiday toys.
Please if you like to sponsor this family with clothing or a holiday toy please contact Jane Sadowy. If you know of a family that can offer help please forward this important message along to them.
I don't like to see any small tot lose the dream of Santa because of irresponsible father.
I like to mention that this loving mother never even asked for anything for herself. I know if we can get her some clothes/used toys this holiday we will be giving her strength to continue on…I will be working with her after the holiday to network with the other members her to encourage her to know she is not alone!
For you dear Mother if you are reading this email now:
Dear Mother,
Love is Christmas!
Mother I don't think we are alone this year with money hardships. So asking needs to be asks. Nothing wrong with that.
Also it is the time of the year again to remind our children that Christmas is not buying brand name toys and etc. to fill up toy boxes but a time to share!
After all holidays happen at Swaphandmedowns every day right?...
Which your own children can get involved with you by sharing their used toys in the same matter to the other members.
Yes it is time to say to our children that love is Christmas. To Remember the parents at war that will not be home this year. To Remember the children in third world countries that are dying each day because they have no bread or rice. To Remember our parents before us.
It is your goodness Mother as a women and mother that will instill a new light this year to your children about what Christmas really is.
Just when you think all is hopeless and sorry this Christmas I believe your children will remember it as a happier time in their childhood. Because of "Well you know why"...
Love
December 9th 2003
